Committed to “listening” and addressing patients’ and caregivers’ needs as well as offering meaningful and high quality programs, we continuously assess and evaluate our work in the hospital and adjust our services accordingly. Participants evaluate each program they engage in through filling out an evaluation form after completing the activity.
This report presents the evaluation results and conclusions of PAMEMMAZI’s work at the General Oncology Hospital of Kifissia “Oi Aghioi Anargyroi” from the onset of its activities in November 2017 until December 2018. 60% of participants has filled out an evaluation form and therefore the evaluation results adequately reflect the effect that these programs have had on the community that they serve.
